Exceptional wine! Petroleum, lanolin, & yellow apples on the nose. Sweet, sugary notes of crisp yellow apples, Pink Lady apples, pollen, subtle white flower, some lamp fuel, & honey. Dessert, but so easy to sip on this breezy, cool, late summer afternoon. — 6 years ago
A very nice way to sit on the patio of our Florence hotel on a breezy 80 degree afternoon — 7 years ago

Greg, don’t judge the vintage. ❤️ you! — 6 years ago
Pale-straw in colour, this is a bright, breezy wine that has notes of citrus, honeydew, and apricot with a rich mouthfeel that leaves a fleeting impression of Chardonnay that doesn’t linger (but does add a note of complexity). Don’t punish it with something heavy; it is great with white fish (or a sunset, recliner, and a deck...). — 7 years ago
Sea grassy Saivignon Blanc nose. Slight sweetness of Alcase Riesling with Jasmine flowers and salty lemon. Elegant and refined. Lovely yet lively sipper on a cool breezy evening. Truly classy and pure through and through. A great finisher for an evening of high life loving white blends. — 7 years ago

Haven’t had this wine for several years but I feel Pigato had a moment in NYC back in 2016/2017 along with Rossese. Salty and sea breezy. Nice minerality. Not intensely powerful or searing like a chablis, but quite nice. — 2 years ago
