Delicious wine, and it’s not typically a style I enjoy. Cranberry, raspberry, and red currant on the nose & palate. Rust and tart red fruit on the front. Medium-plus acidity. Medium body. Fruit throughout. Tart, almost sour finish that’s balanced by tons of red fruit and subtle cocoa. Excellent with food and on its own. — 8 months ago

Beautiful wine! On first sip I thought it might be a bit past its prime (it’d been Coravin-ed), but with my spaghetti it’s absolutely incredible (surprisingly). Notes of milk chocolate, subtle raspberry & blackberry, and a smooth ash & tar finish. Gets dustier and drier on its own. — a month ago
