Garnet-tiled, murky, deep dress.Clos de Gat is an area of Judea in Israel. With two hours of aeration, the primary notes, generous very ripe and animal fruits mix well with the notes of aging and spices. We are not far from a Cornas or other wine from the North Rhône with the intensity of the Israeli sun. The notes of evolution go perfectly with the bouquet.
Robe Grenat-tuilé, trouble, profonde.
Clos de Gat est un domaine de Judée en Israël. Avec deux heures d’aération, les notes primaires, généreuses fruits très mûrs et animales se mêlent bien aux notes d’élevage et d’épices. On est pas loin d’un Cornas ou autre vin du Rhône Nord avec l’intensité du soleil d’Israel. Les notes d’évolution se marient à merveille au bouquet.

NV Pehu Simonet Face Nord Rosé Grand Cru is a 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay blend. Striking pale salmon color. This is Verezenay and Verzy Grand Cru fruit. This is delicious. Stunning acidity, laser focused finished. Beautiful dry champagne. Paired perfectly with Indian.
Because champagne is always a good idea.

Always one of the sure values among Moroccan wines. Evocation of the Rhône-Nord, an ode to Syrah reminiscent of a Crozes or St Jo, under the vertical sun. Great consistency from the nose to the final. Requires at least two hours of ventilation. Floral, fruity, peppery etc. Even better the next day.
Toujours l’une des valeurs sûres parmi les vins du Maroc. Évocation du Rhône-Nord, ode à la Syrah rappelant un Crozes ou St Jo, sous le soleil vertical. Grande cohérence du nez à la finale. Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The wine pours a deep straw, bordering yellow color with medium+ viscosity and a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberries, lemon, brioche, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose though the fruit seem rounder on the palate than on the nose. The finish is medium+. A fairly agreeable Champagne. Disgorged in October 2022. — 3 days ago
