Just the second vintage from this new winemaker who has bursted onto the scene. While I admittedly haven’t had every Gillet bottling, this is definitely my favorite and the only one I’ve reordered. What a perfume. Candied red fruit, fresh violets, exotic spices and vanilla bean. Silky palate with delicacy and finesse. Terrific bottle.

A producer to know! Super rare showing rich dark berry fruit, baking spices, earth, violets that stood up to the competition & kept building in the glass. Would love to try this with another 5 yrs of age
