Unfiltered skin-contact white made with 100% Prensal (aka, Moll, indigenous to Mallorca), from organically farmed vineyards on limestone and fossil-rich marl soils. Fermented and macerated with its skins in clay amphora. Pale yellow. Unripe apple, citrus, floral notes. Very fresh, great acidity. — 6 years ago

Vintage 2014 | I was ignorant that wine of this quality is made on the isle of Mallorca. Only 1.000 bottles. Very serious glass made of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Syrah ánd Merlot. 12 to 15 months in new barrels. And 15 months bottle aging. Expressive smell with cassis fruit, some impressions of old wood and spicyness. 2014 can be aged further, it is quite young now.
