Jammy, blackberry and black currant — 2 years ago
I always forget how well this wine ages. The Chardonnay doesn’t stomp all over everything, and the Riesling adds a steely top note. Impeccable balance. — 6 years ago
Enjoying this unusual Merlot & Marzemino blend. Also like that it's Demeter certified. Bright & juicy + acidity that's in check. Alongside light footed tannins that are there but play a back seat role. Would buy again if found. — 6 years ago
Deep ruby in color; black pepper, black cherries, and tabacco on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like blackberries, tart cherries, and wet slate with a long finish. — 3 months ago
One of the smoothest wines I have ever had. The fruit is stable and crisp. I had it with a wagyu ny strip. It was great. — 3 years ago

1988 vintage. A rare Marzemino-Merlot blend from organically grown vineyards near Brescia. Mario Pasolini passed away in 2011 without children, not sure what happened to the estate ever since. Still amazingly alive. It even gets better with air. Medium-bodied, floral, with delicate red fruit. This definitely has character and charm, even if the tannins are slightly rustic. A real 35 years old gem. — 2 years ago

Orange on the nose. Reminder of grand marnier. Taste of honey. Decent acidity to counter the viscosity. — 6 years ago

Lekkerste rose die ik ooit gedronken heb. Een lichte tintel, precies droog genoeg. — 3 months ago
