This stuff tastes great! — 7 years ago
Cream and vanilla - I only drink sub 500 bottle whiskey now — 8 years ago
Extremely smooth bourbon taste with creamy finish. Sweet liquor. Far less bite than Bailey's (made with Irish whiskey) — 9 years ago
A sweet smooth vanilla bean and chocolate notes; almost like a Baileys cream - would be perfect to pair with a hot chocolate! — 6 months ago
I don’t often beer it, and I’ve never actually logged a beer here, but this one called to me on St Paddy’s Day. It’s not Irish, but it is beer, and I still drank wine with dinner, but this delicious vanilla coconut chai spice of a refreshment was dessert! Like the perfect adult combination of root beer, cream soda and chai tea. — 5 years ago

This Cape Point bottling is named after the owner’s granddaughter Irish heritage. It is an homage to her.
Lemon curd, cream, lime, grapefruit, green melon, passion fruit, underripe pineapple, green beans, sea spray, light chalkiness, granite minerals, flint, dry herbaceous notes with yellow & spring flowers.
The body is full and a touch waxy. Lemon curd, cream, lime, grapefruit, green melon, passion fruit, underripe pineapple, green beans, honeysuckle, sea spray, light chalkiness, heavy granite minerals, flint, dry herbaceous notes with yellow & spring flowers. Beautiful fresh, lively acidity and rich, well polished finish.

Chocolate cherry flavour — 8 years ago

Tilled, brown, earth-colored body with Irish cream colored crown. Hazy, slick lacing that runs fast. Malty, chocolate nose, with vanilla and cocoa beans, figs, cardamom, old mint, cherrywood and teak, brown fall leaves, and sweet cigar smoke. Rich, but not hot for 12.5 abv. The sheer hoppiness of the beast combined with the tartness of the cherry, is mysteriously keeping everything afloat. Dried cherry, cola, pepper, dark tobacco, thyme, oregano, vanilla mocha, dark chocolate covered candied grapefruit peel, Sixlets, French onion soup, hyper-carmelized. Staggering complexity here, and I’ve barely scratched the barrel. — 7 years ago
Creamy and easy with a pronounced caramel not. Almost like if Werther’s Original was an Irish Cream. 10% Irish Whiskey. — 7 years ago
Pretty go for coffee@before work — 8 years ago
Silky smooth feel on palate. Very creamy like a coffee creamer. Easy to drink alone or with a shot of espresso. — 8 years ago
