CC Gran Selezione. Needs a full day’s aeration to move from high-toned to full-on freight train of raspberry, sage, summer savory and saddle shop. Tremendous grip and length; superfine tannins. Superior. #poggioalsole #casasilia #chianticlassico #granselezione — 8 years ago
Remarkable rust color but not due to a mistake or accident. Baked bread with a smooth light red raspberry and plum combo. — 9 years ago
I don't know a lot about wine but this was recommended to me by someone who clearly does. This wine went very well with filet mignon. It is a delight to the palate and has a nice combination of sweet and dry. The sweetness complimented the steak well. Overall this was a great wine for me! — 10 years ago

un buon vino per rilassarsi al sole con un po 'di parmigiana — 10 years ago
Wonderful pool drink. Fizzy and bubbly. Tart and refreshing. Very different than either a red or a bubbly white. Thicker fizz. Better than sangria on a hot sunny day. Rated on what it is, not vs a fine red. — 4 years ago
Nice pizza wine. Pairs well with a crushed tomato pie with fresh mozzarella and garlic. — 6 years ago
