One of Vinas Mora top wines, 100% Babić from some of their oldest vines (60+ years old vines) in the Primošten appellation, not far from Split, on Croatia’s northern Dalmatian coast. Vines are rooted in stony, limestone soils (Kaamen means rocks). Fermented with indigenous yeasts, some of it aged in neutral oak barrels for 12 months. Bright red fruit, candy, some earthy notes. Juicy, slightly savory — 5 months ago
