Degustation with Delectable friend Byron Hewett and his wife Paulina at Restaurant Dan Arnold in Brisbane. This was the first matching wine, a Muscadet from the Loire Valley. Fresh and grapey. No oak influence, low acid Must drink more Muscadet in the warmer months. — a year ago
Acid red and black fruit, balanced out with the pronounced pepper, spicy herbs, and earthiness. Powerful yet elegant. Soft tannins. Highly drinkable! — 8 months ago
Muskattrollinger, geiles Zeug, kommt noch enorm frisch daher, sollte man öfter trinken — 3 years ago
second time trying this vintage. after being able to brace myself for that signature lardot acidity, which verges on violent, i came to enjoy this a lot more. herbal stuff starts jumping out after about 45 min or so. texturally very exciting as well. miles away from classic but that's the real beauty here. — 9 months ago
