Degustation with Delectable friend Byron Hewett and his wife Paulina at Restaurant Dan Arnold in Brisbane. This was the first matching wine, a Muscadet from the Loire Valley. Fresh and grapey. No oak influence, low acid Must drink more Muscadet in the warmer months.

Full, rich and well rounded at a fair price. Found it very dry, just like a Chablis, only much cheaper.

Little bit of cheese funk, lemon, light body, good acid, a bit of fake lemon candy on the back
