Black Star Farms ‘Arcturos’ Dry Riesling 2019: Light acidity. Bright fruit. Clean & refreshing taste. Apple. Pear. Apricot. Citrus. Stone. Crisp, off-dry finish. Medium dry, high acidity, medium bodied. Old gold color. Flavors of yellow peach, apricot and a hint of citrus. Nose opens with petrol. As it breathes, white flowers, honey and toasted almonds. Bought at the winery. Really impressed with how well this aged. — 4 years ago
