Have you ever enjoyed a black arkansas apple? Barraco’s pignatello lifts with a nice acid, savory tart black & blue fruit, and the characteristic sea brine. Plum stew nonne perfume black olive. Spritely ballast to rich tomato bb octopus sugo. — 5 years ago

I think this is an amazing Malbec blend - 58%, 23% Merlot, 10% Cab, 8% Syrah, and 1% Petit Verdot but… it needs to open up a little bit more; I can’t help being impatient- this wine has been 9 years for me to find it tucked away in a small city Arkansas liquor store. Initial impressions are - I love this but and the intricacy of the blend. On the nose - definitely blackberry and black currants. So smooth and perfectly balanced on the palette. I would definitely purchase this again but I’d look for an older bottle for sure! Oh, did I mention this bottle cost under $20? — 2 years ago
