Fermented in barrel, full malo, 70% 2017 harvest, 30% reserve perpetual since 1986. Aged about 2 years on lees. 1 g/l dosage.
Silky, creamy style with a rich buttery feeling in the palate. This seems like a good choice for rich shellfish dishes. — 4 years ago
