@manyardo lovesall I remember that Falanghina! I like a well made Soave too. Never tried the Allegrini but can recommend Pieropanโ€™s Soave Classico, it is quite nice...

Palazzo della Torre Veronese Corvina 2015

Deep red, nose is earthy with ripe plum or cherry, full body with ripe cherry, but not sweet. Goes great with a goat cheese stuffed ravioli and a complex tomato sauce. โ€” 2 months ago

Valpolicella Corvina Blend 2017

Lighter, easy- going and just all around tasty. Havenโ€™t had a Valpolicella in a while. They go with a wide range of foods. We had it with a chick pea salad and it was not overpowering. Iโ€™ve got to start drinking more Valpolicella. โ€” 3 months ago

Villa Cavarena Amarone Corvina Blend

Heavy body with well balanced tannins. Notes of plum, oak, chocolate, berries, and spice. Tasting this at the same time as the Valpolicalla and Ripasso from the same winery. โ€” 2 months ago
