Gap's Crown Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014

So vibrant and youthful still. Not sure I can pick a favorite as anything from P&H has been amazing. — a year ago

Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2011

A lot of great components of the way those P n H made the wine out standing — 3 years ago

Zio Tony Ranch Chardonnay 2009

First of several ancient P&H from WB that hasn’t gone bad - two 08’s were gone - this one has the classic P&H golden buttery metallic punch to the palate....14.2%! Explains a lot — 4 years ago

Dutton Ranch Chardonnay 2014

Crispy and still oak in there. I am a fan. P&H do it again. — 8 years ago

Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2017

Punching above its weight class, but that’s what I would expect from P&H. This 2017 is just a beauty right now. Wonderful scents of toasted almond, vanilla, and melon. Pear and green apple are complimented with some mint like herbaceousness and mineral strength. Really pretty. — a year ago

Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2017

This came with the chef Malarkey/Schwab cooking event. Decent Pinot - nothing too complex; not overly fruity, restrained. Have had tons of P&H chards, a lot of those are metal bombs, not this one — 3 years ago

Moses-Hall Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014

2014. Strong notes of cherry, vanilla. More soft citrus notes. A bit hot on the nose...
Still a bit young...structure is still evolving with aromas. Recommend a little longer cellar time. But still a very nice effort. Love P&H-style of CA Pinot.

Krug

Grande Cuvée Brut Champagne Blend

On the nose croissant and lemon custard, candied citrus, tick layers upon layers of golden brioche. Buttery hazelnut shows up too. The palate combines this with freshness, vibrancy and a zippy, super lengthy acidity that gives the weighty flavor a new perspective. Hadn’t tasted krug in many years, but damn it’s a revelation like the first time. Close to the 2022 P-H Rare but much more vibrant and lengthy — 3 years ago

Napa Valley Chardonnay 2015

Not a huge fan - metallic, acidic, and alcoholic (15%) - like P&H without the pedigree — 3 years ago

Goldrock Ridge Vineyard Chardonnay 2016

A little more buttery than some other P&H Chards but still well integrated and delicious. — 5 years ago
