Celebratory wine! Pulled tonight by my newly promoted daughter, we lugged this mag along to dinner. Left open an hour, no decant. Earth and forest floor notes early from this deeply colored wine, and as it opened the cherry and strawberry took over. Consumed over 2 hours, evolving slowly with a long, spice tinged finish. A special vineyard indeed.

Cherry, cranberry, flowers, and a little earth. this one had excellent balance of acidity and tannin for a nice mouthfeel.
