Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) with some Syrah (12%) and other red varietals (8%) blended in. Aromas of blackberry, smoke, salt and meaty bacon. The palate is full of dark berry/plum fruit with hints of black cherry and dark chocolate. Touch of vanilla on the long and silky finish. Solid complexity and nicely structured. Strong nose and full bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.

Fine grained tannins on the tangy finish.
