Wagramstölln Rhein Rieslling 2018

Preisinger Reinberger, Rhein Riesling Wagramstölln 2018

First Austrian Riesling if I'm not mistaking and probably not the last as it's pretty good! Lemon and lemon zest along with white pepper and some flowery notes. This is a beautiful nose. The palate is dry but very well balanced : great acid, great width, a soft mouthfeel yet quite vibrant, some lemony touches all along, there is matter and it's quite complex. The finish is long, dry and fresh with lemon and lemon zest. Grezt effort and the balance of it makes it much better than most of the German Riesling I tasted recently

Steinagrund Grüner Veltliner 2020

Really interesting. Let it sit a bit out of the fridge and really enjoyed it. Richer in texture than a normal Grüner. — 2 months ago

This is good stuff. Pretty much textbook Gruner. If you like your Gruner lean and tart, you’d probably like this. — 20 days ago
