There’s Primitivo in this one. Salmon pink, excellent clarity. Dried apricot in the mouth with skin astringency in the initial pour, followed later by cherry flavor with an herbal, red pepper and mineral finish. Decent acidity, should hold up well to food. — 2 years ago
