Collio Pinot Grigio 2018

Chapter 3 in my sub-20€ research.
This is the lightest and least complex. Highly drinkable, finish turns slightly spirity when the wine warms up.

Blanc des Rosis Venezia Giulia White Blend 2018

Persistent, dense and refreshing but there’s a heavy dose of Sauvignon Blanc gooseberry that’s not appealing to me. — 3 months ago

Capriva del Friuli Pinot Grigio 2015

Fig, coconut, shaved fennel, almond oil, coriander seed, white pepper. Savory, penetrating, unctuous. Massive structure. Always one of Italy’s great whites, and the 2015 is a classic. #friulano #schiopetto #collio — 3 years ago
