Very cool. Lovely delicate bubbles. Delicious. — 9 months ago
Delicately floral, orange blossom, honeysuckle, waxy and mineral. Subdued acidity (compared to other Chablis), super subtle but distinctly white burg expression of Chardonnay. Quite nice for a Sunday afternoon aperitif, but can’t see this holding up with food.
Second bottle: Had it with food! Roasted za’atar tofu, chickpeas, tomatoes, greens and lemon tahini. Great pairing and definitely holds up! Upping my rating.

Gifted from Andy’s friend’s family vineyard. Hands down the best wine I’ve ever tasted. There’s some magical quality I can’t name as I’ve never tasted it before. Incredible. — 4 months ago

A Blue Hill purchase near the top end of their inventory, this well balanced chardonnay didn't disappoint and is very much worth finding again. — 6 months ago

Lovely, but much less reduction than another one of Jobard’s 18s I had earlier this year (I was hoping for more of that reductive streak). Wasn’t as good on day 2 so I think these should be consumed over the next 5 years or so. — 8 days ago
