Oak. Black currant. Mid body. 04 still tannic. Spicy in 30 min. Earthy. Smooth over 1 hour. Leather and matured flavor showed more than 2 hours. 2004 @2375, xiaduo, 220623-220625 — 9 days ago

We both love this. Smooth, light to medium bodied, with well defined flavors. Had with Greek food and it held its own. Nice and enjoyable on its own. Need more. C13 $28 — 4 months ago
Incredible white Bordeaux, amazingly creamy like a Chardonnay with a smooth oakiness but retains its earthiness and brightness. Easily a favorite. — a month ago

2019 vintage. An estate owned by the Cazes family (Lynch Bages, Haut Batailley). A blend of Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Cabernet Franc (7%) and Petit Verdot (3%). Less flashy compared to the Capbern 2019 tasted yesterday, give it some time to open up. Even with the high Merlot percentage, it has more of a dark Cabernet Sauvignon personality with black fruit and a serious, slightly severe tannic backbone. Abv. 14,5 %. — 4 months ago
