Color of purple, nice legs. Nose of strength of alcohol, vanilla, tobacco leaves, strawberry jam, and more powerful spicy alcohol. Taste of good acidity, spice, sweet grapes, vanilla, zest, peppery, and a bit minty. Aftertaste of some hints of soft tannins and mineral, and some more ripe grapes. On par. — 17 days ago
Balanced red with herb flavor derived from Malbec. But with CS. Good Choice. At least more 3 years, then much better. 2017 @, W, 210617 — 5 days ago
Beauty - Bordeaux blend from ARG tasting like Pauillac w/big beautiful delineated & detailed nose of cherry, currant, cassis, cigar box, pencil lead, sweet spice... just gorgeous. Finely grained tannins and seamless finish. Impressed w/evolution - has more life ahead. — 14 days ago
A great Malbec! Red berries, new oak, white pepper, and barnyard on the nose. Spices and red currant on the palate Sturdy bodied with high alc and round drying tannins. Medium minus acidity.
UPDATE: Reportedly, this is aged entirely in concrete! Thus, my oak nose note is off.

Lovely wine. This is deep ruby with loads of wet forest floor initially and after aeration it develops deep red fruit and oak scents. The mouthfeel is impressive, very round. Raspberry, vanilla, slight spices and soft tannings. Great vintage here. Cheers. — 15 days ago
JV btw Ch Cheval Blanc & Terrazas De Los Andes, blend of Bordeaux "First Growth" winemaking in ARG. ‘14 has a higher % of Malbec (83%) & more Petite Verdot (9%) than Cab Sauv,(8%), due to a rainy season that was challenging for Cab. Aged 15 months in oak (15% new), med Ruby, aromas of berry fruits & floral spice nose. Palate flavors of blueberry and juicy blackberry fruit with herb, cacao & smoky oak. Fine soft tannins, well balanced, good acidity, long finish ending with fruit & oak. Will continue to age. — 9 hours ago
