Got into this after watching the Living Wine documentary. I do like natural wines and this one is very tasteful sediment and all. @Delectable Wine this is not the rose — 5 months ago
San Benito County Negrette. Cloudy, dusty rose in color, light pigment extraction. Smells of grape pulp as when eating table grapes. Hint of rhubarb or red fruit in aroma. Strawberry, lemon peel, rhubarb and black pepper (initially) in the mouth, definitely different. Fruity, good acidity, a fun pour overall. Probably the first of this varietal I’ve ever had.

@Delectable Wine this is Sangiovese. Has that wild mountain berries on a vine thing going on. Slight earthiness and very delicious. — 5 months ago
@Delectable Wine this is the Central coast rose. Tastes like a peach jolly rancher. Love it!! — 5 months ago
Colin Cahoon
Tart cranberry, cedar, white pepper, earthy notes of mushroom. Light tannins, medium body, high acid, medium alcohol, medium plus finish. My guess is carbonic maceration. — 6 days ago
