Dark color. Dark fruit with more of a green fruit finish. — 6 months ago
This was a delicious summer red served just a few degrees above cellar temperature. And it’s a very bright red thanks to only one day of maceration on the skins. Yet it still had some tannins and nice depths of aromas and flavors. — a year ago
This is my first red wine from Santorini. Peppery nose. Dark plum in color. Very easy drinking. Fairly light bodied. Some blueberries and okay vanilla. Paired well with some home grille skirt steak. — 9 months ago
Went very well with moussaka, good to let it breathe — a year ago

Popped and poured; no formal notes. 100% Mandilari from the Plakoura vineyard on Crete. It has seen a mix of new and used oak; French and American. This was really lovely after about 30min of air. Though darker complected, this is mid-weight red with lovely freshness. Bright plums and bramble fruits with some dry stony earth, dried herbs and a strong spine of minerals. Tannins are medium; acid is medium+. Long finish. This rocked with my traditional meal of goat prepared in “staka” (which made it unbelievably tender) with potatoes. — 3 months ago
