The 97 is beautifully integrated, elegant body, dark fruits of blackberries, black raspberries, touch vegetal & soft earthiness. Well preserved fruits in 5L. Beautiful & elegance defined.

Served with Gnocchi a la Parisienne. The best Gnocchi outside of Italy we’ve had. @Mathilde French Bistro

First course with the 01 Les Or de Ormes de Pez. Gnocchi a la Parisienne w/ Fava Beans & Asparagus.

Nice pairing. Excellent dish.

Ripe blackberries, dark cherries, strawberries, creamy black raspberries, sweet, dark soil, soft leather, tobacco with ash, dry stones, used leather, soft cedar and dry red flowers.

The La Parde is fresh, bright, ripe, dark fruit & easy to drink young. The La Parde will be renamed as Haut-Bailly II with the release of the 2018 vintage. They are also releasing a third wine Haut-Bailly III and a Rosé wine beginning with their 2019 vintage.

Served with Gnocchi a la Parisienne. The best Gnocchi we’ve had outside of Italy @Mathilde French Bistro

Wine will improve 2-3 points with 7-10 more years in bottle.
