Full body, black cherry. Bought with ANA points. — 3 years ago
Great white wine made of Melon de Bourgogne. Bought last year at the winery. They produce some great small cuvees which can be found on many wine lists in fine dining restaurants and I completely get that.

Great in a decanter — 9 months ago
On first opening, bouquet of black cherry and blackberries, Big Red cinnamon gum, bell pepper, and smoky bowling alley; palate of black cherry and plum, char, and black tea with a medium-short finish. On the second day the candy and bell pepper smells taper, bowling alley becomes more of a whiff of pipe smoke, blackberry bramble emerges with spent firecrackers; on the palate the black pepper spice has some herbs de provence, black tea tannins are rounder and the cherry flavor more tart, a fuller body on the finish with notes of char, meat fats, and pepperoni spices. Was gonna go with 89 but it’s impressive once you decant for a day. — 2 years ago
Smells of tangerine, orange blossom, lime zest, and lemongrass in the bouquet. Notes of grapefruit pith, lemon water, honeysuckle nectar, white peach on the palate with hints of linseed oil and wasabi on a medium-length finish. Fun and interesting white that’s a bit wood-polished sauv blanc meets the old symphony hybrid grape. Should go great with sushi. — 3 years ago
Loved this wine. Dry. Flavorful. — a year ago
Bold after 30 minutes or so. Excellent everyday wine. — 2 years ago
Welp this wine is fucking weird and I like it. Tastes smokey like my lapsang souchang tea, but also crisp and funky. I feel like this needs a very special cheese pairing; made a comte grilled cheese which was close. — 3 years ago
Beautiful. Pretty fruit. Nice finish. Black Cherry? Not too dry. Like a Bordeaux, balanced and blended to me. Well done. Oct 10, 2020. — 4 years ago
