Happy New Year! 🎈🎊🎆 Hope yours is rosie like ours.
Beautiful mousse, soft on the palate, micro-oxygenation, creamy, strawberries w/ cream, orange citrus blend-orange, blood orange, tangerine, cherries, some light blackberries, saline, soft chalkiness with a fine sharp edge, baguette crust, light dough, light yeastiness, sea fossils, limestone powder, spring flowers, fruit blossoms, pink roses, soft, round acidity, excellently knitted, well balanced, soft tension and beautiful wire to wire with a not overly polished finish that lasts 90 seconds. — 4 months ago
Tivemos Safras 1973, 1976, 1986, 1993, 1995, 2004,
2007, 2008 e 2013.
— 10 months ago
Slightest pink tone to the Champagne. Lovely mouth filling texture! Pear and strawberry aromas. High acidity due to no MLF. A bit of yellow apple on the bud. — 19 days ago
I’m in the 91+ territory here, but this is an older NV and the age pushes this up just a touch.
From 375. Easy for my wife and I to enjoy while our two littles run around on NYE.
After the Mousse Fils L’Or d’Eugene rosé from a few days ago, this is totally different. Much more classical versus the unique Mousse. Pale copper colored in the glass. Lots of similarities to Charles Heidsieck’s Brut Reserve rosé with its strawberry shortbread and toasty layers, but the fruit isn’t as layered. Slightly chalk/limestone initially but gives way to Spiced rhubarb, red berries, white peach and an orange marmalade finish (maybe dosage peeking out as well as the age helping channel some depth and richness). — 4 months ago

Lemon, mineral, lots of acid, still pretty tight and can use more time, lots of upside. — 10 days ago
