Wow 🤯 A field blend made up of 13 varieties from the fouteur de merde / magician, Deiss. Muscat and Gerwurztraminer dominate aromatically, but don’t be fooled—the wine is dry and balanced with just a hint of fruit, oh so many layers and a long finish laced with something exotic (ginger maybe?) So good.

Also, props for the ballsy but brilliant choice of comic sans or some other horrifically inappropriate font on the back label. Clearly no marketers were involved in the production of this wine.

You can definitely smell the Riesling's influence at 35% and the Pinot blanc at 33% seems to do the job of sliming it out and giving it some vibrancy - then the Pinot gris and gerwurztraminer give it a bit of elegance. Interesting and delicious white. — 12 years ago

The Gerwurztraminer and Chardonnay are prevalent on the nose, with tropical and floral notes. Though she is a bit tired, she has some great balance of umami and zippy, fresh lime, finishing with June strawberries and green apples. Acid is to be had in this one, but what else do you expect from a four-year-old rosè? — 11 years ago
