Just opened a 2004 and it was exactly the way that Walter Georis would have expected for 15 year old bottle of his wine. Amazing. — 7 years ago
2002 outstanding! I took a dear friend to Georis in 2006. That friend unfortunately passed away this year and left this gem in his wine cellar for my wife and I. — 9 years ago
Tried it at Corkscrew Cafe. Loved it! — 12 years ago
@delectable this is actually chapitre III Cabernet franc. 2007 has held up beautifully. Turning a bit terschisry but in all the good ways. Still bares some weight and ripe fruit but hints of leather and hoisin emerge. Really nice stuff overall. Way to go Damien Georis of Carmel valley game — 7 years ago

Deliciously sharp, if a bit tart. — 9 years ago
Nutty and spicy nose. Dark fruit, licorice and raisin on the palate with a tangy finish. Lingering acid. — 10 years ago
Noch mal. Loving this little cf gem from south Monterey county. There's not too much of this caliber in these parts and the fresh blood of Damian Georis is realized in this little beauty — 11 years ago
Local Carmel Valley wine in Carmel. Fantastic. This Merlot is smooth but structured. Delicious. — 7 years ago
