Malleolus Ribera del Duero Tempranillo 2022

Wow. Deep dark ruby. Blackberry, currants, cacao, wonderful nose. High tannins not gripping. Medium light body!! Strange. Haha. — 2 months ago

Tinto Fino Crianza 2021

Deep Ruby color with aromas of dark fruits, flinty spice, floral and oak notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum with notes of espresso, cacao and licorice wrapped in oak. Firm tannins, great old world balance with acidity, full body, long finish ends with fruit, oak, spice, and earthy mineral character. — 2 months ago

Macho Man Jumilla Monastrell 2020

Vintage 2020 | Modern marketing name and label. The Spanish can do magic with monastrell (= mourverdre). Unbelievable stubborn when popped and poured, beautiful smell. Given 24 hours aeration it develops lovely: smooth taste, glorious fruit. I selected it to pair Indonesian food, which is difficult for matching. It works. — 6 months ago
