Much more fleshy and textured than other bottles. Very nice but not really identifiable as Chambolle - doesn’t have that lifting ethereal quality. Still delicious. — 2 years ago

Clos Vougeot Grand Cru Pinot Noir 2016

Tons of darker red fruit on the nose and palate with almost a chewy mouthfeel. Hints of cocoa which I would not have expected and almost had a slightly new world feel to it on the nose. 2016 is a really fruit forward and easy drinking year! — 5 years ago
