From Magnum, a monumental and tannic beast that needs at least 5 more years in this format. Charcoal and pencil lead into black fruit whose tannins create this black tea gestalt that hung there for over a minute. Even after an hour a bit monolithic, but did great with lamb loin, filets. This will get even better. Thanks again @benchmark and Brian & co @farm at carneros inn! — 11 years ago
Very nice and settled.. I was afraid it was passed it’s time but it actually tastes very good.. silky, like mature raspberries and blackberries. Very settle on the nose.. — 5 years ago

A bit simple and jammy, the 2015 Saint Joseph Babylone features aromas and flavors of cherry preserves. It's medium to full-bodied, with some slightly green, stemmy notes on the silky finish. RP89, 2015
Bright, vivid blackberry fruit with lots of concentration yet quite light body. Slight bitterness to finish. (RH) JR16.5, 2017 — 4 years ago
