100% whole cluster Grenache grown on granite/schist from Collioure/Côtes Catalanes. Zero added sulfur. Made by Rié and Hiro Shoji, a Japanese couple who attended wine school in Beaune and apprenticed with Fred Mugnier and at Domaine de Chassorney, respectively. On the nose/palate: black and blue fruit, strawberry preserves, herbs, and spices. Wine finishes long and with a savory edge. Tannins are very prominent but not harsh. If opening this vintage soon I would suggest a decant of a couple of hours at least. — 3 years ago
Planque in London. Pretty nose with hint of dried roses. Raspberry on the palate with some potpourri flavours. Quite precise and proper. — a year ago

Will be better but already so good. Perfect with grilled quail and roast chicken. Fresh and beautiful. — 4 years ago
Must be last bottle, was surprised and impressed years ago, not easy to find. This is one terrific bottle, flowery berries and minerals, supple, pure, light and elegant in dance on palate. Silky finish. Pleasure. quintessential Burg. Certainly better than previous note. — 9 months ago
