Strong forest floor, sharp, cedar spice, cloves, a bit of citrus, bunches of ripe strawberries.

Light and spicy, dense and lush, really quite surprising and lovely.

A bit of cola, mixed berries, nice acidity and spice balance off well.

No Es Pituko Cabernet Franc

Great recommendation from @Guillermo Gonzalez. Super plum/dark berry jam on the nose with a little cab franc bell pepper. Palate is dryer than you’d expect and super crushable. Great with bison burgers. — 2 days ago
