Laura 2019 from Chambers 2010 on 12/5/2021. Light purple pink color, brown orange at edge. Bouquet of cherry bubble gum, watermelon licorice. Medium body with maraschino cherries. Tannin and alcohol on side edges. Very long finish. — 7 months ago
Technically this is Blackjack Vineyard Pinot but couldn’t find it listed. 🤷🏼♂️🍷😂 — 6 months ago
Baked plum pudding, sweet cigar wrapper, leather, autumn leaves, light notes of bacon fat, pipe ash. Smoothest middle velvet mouthfeel. Olive wood, rosewood, chicory, dried black currant, dried black olive, cedar grill plank, cinnamon, bitter cherry, lavender, graphite. Deep and tasty. .

From Chambers Dec 6 2020. Drank 2017 on 4/3/2022 after move and Wm Byrd weekend. — 3 months ago
Nice wine but seems to be drinking quite a bit older than 2004, especially given the general high quality of the 04 vintage. Would have guessed mid 90s in terms of age alone. Unfortunately this is the 4th older bottle (not sure 2004 is even really “old” per se) of different wines purchased from Chambers St Wines that has felt off in some way. Won’t do it again.
All that said, this was nice - quite typically nebbiolo, bricking in the glass, secondary fruit, good acid. Great pairing with slow braised lamb shanks with polenta. — 7 months ago
