Crisp, saline, and fantastically dry. I wish I could get this in Brooklyn! — 3 years ago

100% Chardonnay from the Languedoc region of France with original artwork by Oscar Lett, a UK-French artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Pétillant Natural (Pét-Nat) is a French term meaning “naturally sparkling”. This style of sparkling wine made with the “ancestral” method, which is the oldest version of sparkling winemaking. Funky aromas of ripe fruits and biscuit notes. Slightly off-dry palate has flavors of apple and pear with citrus floral notes. Medium finish, lively bubbles ending with tart fruit and yeasty notes. — 2 days ago
First orange wine I've wanted a second glass of. Crisp and refreshing but still complex. At D'Antan Brooklyn — 3 years ago

The house go-to Nebbiolo (thanks for the intro our friends at Colonie, Brooklyn). Bright cherry fruit, earthy, with tobacco notes. Sublime. — 2 years ago
I love this wine, first enjoyed it in a great Sardinian place in Florence. Just received this bottle from Brooklyn and better even than I remembered. — 3 years ago
May be time for me to explore the Dinger Lakes, as I enjoyed this so much. Super high acid on this, tart and vaguely tropical, right and dry and puckering even. But crisp, v light, drinkable and refreshing. Replace your Sauv Blanc with this on a hot day. — 3 years ago

Got a nice natural quality. Light and subtle and cool that it comes from Keuka lake and treated in the manner, but falls a bit flat for me. The brewery itself, Big Alice Brewing, out in Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn is pretty awesome tho. Love havin a beer on the lawn right outside on a pretty day, a midday affair. This bottle is cool for its novelty, but wish for a bit more complexity. — 7 days ago
