Excellent Pinot Nero from Südtirol. Cherry and red fruit. Nice acidity. Having it on a rooftop in Rome makes this a 95 point experience. 🇮🇹 — 2 days ago
Mein erster Lagerung. Vollmundig aber wenig Struktur. Für meinen Geschmack zu viel Vanille. — 3 days ago
The 2020 Sylvaner is sharply focused with lemon oils, savory herbs and young peach forming its bouquet. It’s round and soothing on the palate with sweet florality, ripe orchard fruits and a core of juicy acidity. Confectionery spice and candied citrus linger on the medium length finish. $12.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, June 2022) — 9 days ago

Granja Vendrell in Barcelona. Gewurztraminer from northern Italy. Sweet, honey nose, but very little sweetness on the palate. Stone fruits. Honey. Acidity keeps it fresh.
This Gewürztraminer in fact, is proposed with a style less concentrated on the aromatic part in favor of body and taste-olfactory finesse. The wine has a beautiful intense straw yellow color. On the nose, its fruity scents of white peach, citrus notes of lime and lemon, bergamot conquer the nose; also present hints of dried aromatic herbs such as thyme and white sage, decisive herbaceous and vegetable hints, which we then also find on the palate. On the palate, the wine is intense, with good minerality and great finesse, the characteristic of his personality that most represents him. Persistent, it remains on the palate very long, with great pleasure. — 24 days ago

The 2021 Weissburgunder Pinot Bianco wafts up with herbs and lime zest before settling on crushed green apples and ginger. Soft-textured with a reverberation of citrus tension that nicely contrasts its inner sweetness. It leaves a subtle staining of minerals through the long and juicy finale. $15.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, June 2022) — 3 days ago
