Well done, balanced. Ample red and dark fruit. Dark cherries and plums, fine tannins and length. Easy drinking — 5 years ago

Underrated. Very round and full body after some good time in the decanter. — 5 years ago

Colonia las Liebres Mendoza Bonarda 2012

First time trying a Bonarda. I enjoyed this wine. Leathery on the nose which sticks around until it opens up, then there's some nice herb and wet leaves, dark plum and black cherry. High acid on the palate up front with a medium plus body. Smooth finish, mellow tannins. Easy drinking overall but a bit big for my own taste. I prefer with food. Will drink again — 6 years ago

Tinto Mendoza Bonarda Blend 2017

I wish I could get this locally. Juicy and just delicious, lighter in style, great for wArmer weather. It’s Malbec, bonarda, and semillion. Yep, white semellion;; I’ve just realized I really like every bonarda I’ve had from Argentina — a year ago

This is by Pedro parra, the soil guy. I’ve been curious about his wines, this one sounds very cool

Bonarda is underrated from a simple pleasure and “goes well with lots of different foods” perspective.

Great Malbec !
Not sure if the price is really worth it though... Could be a little less...

Clásico Mendoza Malbec

This is definitely one of our "to go" wines. Nice full bodied red but not overly dry, at a reasonable price point. — 6 years ago
