Santorini Assyrtiko 2022

Ive had my fair share of this varietal and region - this is a nice option! Round and creamy, lots of bright citrus and minerality. The salinity really brings it home. — 2 years ago

Berba Slavonija Graševina (Welschriesling) 2017

Deep bright yellow gold (barrel fermented?). Initially shy but inviting nose of dried apple and white pepper. Spicy medium palate confirms the palate as well as the barrel fermentation(!), adding a bit of orange candy once it opens up (still dry, tho). Moderate finish typical of the style. Gott say I thought I'd be disappointed or at least underwhelmed by this wine. Not at all. This is a really nice dry expression of the variety that's got more complexity than expected. Drink now with pork or turkey. — 2 years ago
