Ive had my fair share of this varietal and region - this is a nice option! Round and creamy, lots of bright citrus and minerality. The salinity really brings it home.

Not the best Santorini Assyrtiko out there but any Santorini is good by me. Pale gold color, lemon, citrus, saline notes, medium plus acid but just a little creamy and rounded.

Nice assyrtiko. Lots of lemon and some Chablis esque seashell, but a bit more in your face perhaps. Nice salinity too.
