Golden yellow, cloudy with just a hint of effervescence. Bruised apple/quince/cider nose. Lovely notes of honey, pear, a hint of lemon on the finish. . A perfect wine with Judy's fish soup! Fun wine to try with Jim-something he hadn't had previously!
