Pleasing, if not very complex #grüner - rather muted nose of dried white flowers, bit of citrus. Lively acidity on palate, some beeswax but initial zippiness when opening this 1L is gone. That acidity and subtlety paired nicely with pan seared cod with garlic and pepper. Good QPR #costcowines

Starts pretty good: green apple, grapefruit, minerality, moderately high acidity. As it opens it gets a little flabby with fruit turning towards banana and losing its little zing.
