Zorah
Karasi Areni Noir
Mossy with damp leaves and sweet cedar notes. Clay aromas with medium acid and med - tannins. Interesting. Benchmark wine from Armenia.

Dec 24th, 2021Not bad. Good fruit but not as much complexity as I anticipated.

Feb 29th, 2020Breathtaking in its beauty, nestled in the shadows of biblical Mount Ararat, 1400 meters above sea level, and only steps away from the most ancient of sites (a 6100 year old winery), the vineyards of Zorah are set in the quintessential wine producing region of Armenia, in Yeghegnadzor. A fantastic journey which began in Tuscany, Italy, and led ultimately to the ancestral homeland of its creators. Zorah Karasi 2011
