Amazing structure, drinking well immediately; structure warmth and depth.

Jaspis Pinot noir Alte reben. miracle wine. Depth and complexity of grand cru burgundy. Still fresh. Only five years old. Insane internal aromatics Sweet fresh fruit. Amazing.

Very dense and big! Could go for another 10-15 years. I like Ziereisen wines and met him. Yet i prefer more elegant renditions. Quite dark. Cherry, blackberry, lime, cherry. Super complex. Plenty of acids. If you have this in your cellar you are in for a treat. Ziereisen is a little bit full of himself rightfully so but still - i prefer the humble.

@11 years still closed for over an hour before opening to a well balance wine. Nice!

I thought that this vintage had peaked but this is still going strong

Needs an hour to open.

Nose is plum with a hint of cranberry.

Palate is deep. Dark plum. Some spice. Quite delicious. Rich but in an elegant way. Great texture. Clingy but not thick. Terrific density.

Long dense spicy rich finish. Wow.

Jesus. This is good. Nose is spice tobacco and dark fruits. Palate is perfect blackberry juice with licorice. Perfect acidic balance. Just amazing wine. Long blackberry licorice finish. Perfectly made. Perfect. I had this with smoked duck Cara Cara butter sauce and it was life changing. Bought from Fass Selections.
