Interesting aromas of petrol, almond shell, peaches and cream yogurt, and sea shell.
Slightly underripe peach and cantelope, with med+ acidity that includes some balsalmic-y volatile acidity and subtle herbal notes reminiscent of sage.
Tasty and interesting rosato. On the underripe side which yields nice acidity and effortless drinkability.
