Stina Pošip
Lovely yellow-green color and a clean, refreshing aroma make a good first impression. Taste also does not disappoint. As round and balanced as you could ask for from a White with just the right amount of tart acidity. Pošip is becoming my favorite grape and Stina may be my favorite Croatian winery. Note: this is not a Slovenian wine as stated above. From the island Brač, Croatia.

The blend is Posip, Vuguva and a bit of Chardonnay from Dalmatia, Croatia.
Brilliant, shiny, green and gold.
Herbal, citrus and guava on the nose.
Figs, green apple and unripe Bosc pears.
Round mouth feel with medium acidity on the finish.
This is definitely a food wine.
I would grill whole Branzino or octopus.
Chicken roasted with Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon and parsley would shine with this wine.
