Yves Boyer-Martenot
Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay

nose is a little quiet. starts like baked apple shifting to lean, crisp granny smith. medium + acid. bio-d, native yeast, unfined/unfiltered. said to all come from villages level Meursault. killer value. minimal sulfur added at bottling.

First time with this producer. Very good for Bourgogne level. Should I invest in the Perrieres?

Nice and round, good weight with butteriness and no oak but light on fruit, acidity and minerality. Seems like a nicely balanced wine but it is only so because there is so little material to balance. Just too conservative and safe.

Nice acid. Rolls off the tongue down the throat smoothly. Butter with some lemon.
