According to the wine store near my house, this is made in the Pinot gris style, meaning it's left on the vine longer to developer more flavor than a typical Pinot Grigio. Nice pale gold color with good legs. Green apple and unripe pear. Citrus, lemon zest. Very slight white flowers? Good acid. Paired with baked bluefish, lemon, tarragon, and braised radish. Nice pairing. Crisp and refreshing and went well with the rich meatiness of the bluefish. Left a nice flavor in the sauce too. Over all enjoyed it, served its purpose, but I don't know if I loved it.

Sep 7th, 2016Simple wine that I always have chilled for spur of the moment pairing with seafood. It tastes of pear and apples with a nice finish and most importantly un-oaked.
